At Calmvie, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and processing costs. The restocking fee may be waived in cases where:

3. Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivity
Calmvie products are made with carefully selected ingredients, but individual skin reactions may occur. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.
If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction:

Returns due to skin sensitivity may be reviewed case-by-case for store credit or replacement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
